Vyno User Terms

Welcome to Vyno! We built this app as a free, open space for you to explore, create and connect on your own terms. This document lays out our shared understanding to keep Vyno fun, accessible and enjoyable for everyone.

1. Ground Rules For Use

• You can use Vyno for any personal, non-commercial project without any restrictions. If you want to integrate Vyno into a commercial product or service, just reach out to our team to chat first.
• Don't tamper with Vyno's infrastructure, overload our servers, or break features that other people rely on. We put a lot of work into keeping this app running smoothly for everyone.
• You are allowed to share links to Vyno, or talk about it anywhere you want – we love word of mouth!

2. Your Content

Anything you create on Vyno – notes, drawings, playlists, custom templates, whatever it is – belongs 100% to you. We don't claim any ownership over your content, ever.

By default, Vyno stores all your content locally on your device only, unless you explicitly enable optional cloud backup. That means it's your responsibility to keep copies of any content you don't want to lose – we can't retrieve content that isn't backed up to our cloud servers.

If you choose to share your content publicly to the Vyno community, you confirm that you made it, or have permission to share it, and it doesn't violate any shared community standards.

3. Our Commitment To You

• We will never sell your data. Since we don't collect personal data from users who don't create an account, this is an easy promise to keep.
• All core features of Vyno will stay 100% free forever. We may launch optional paid premium features with extra tools down the line, but everything you use for free today will remain free.
• We will never show you intrusive third-party tracking ads. We hate those as much as you do. Any ads we do run will be unobtrusive and for Vyno-related products only, if any at all.
• We will never lock your content behind a paywall. If you stop using premium at any point, you'll still have full access to all your content.

4. Community Guidelines

If you choose to use Vyno's optional public community features to share your work or interact with other creators, we just ask that you follow these simple rules:

• Be respectful of other creators. No harassment, no hate speech, no mean-spirited trolling.
• Don't spam the community with off-topic content or scams.
• Don't repost other people's work as your own.

If you don't follow these guidelines, we may remove your public content and restrict your access to community features. You'll still be able to use all core offline features of Vyno, no hard feelings.

5. Changes To These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time as Vyno grows. When we do, we'll post the new version here and notify you the next time you open the app. If you don't agree with the new terms, you can stop using Vyno at any time, that's totally fine.
